Marion B-B-Q.

My Neighbor Makes the
best B-B-Q in the land.
"Marion's B-B-Q"
 He controls the temperature by opening and
closing the large door, or the smaller 
adjustable door in the large door.
 Once the unit or cooker is hot he will add
small amounts of hard wood, as needed.
There are two Thermometer's to track the 
temperature one on the side of the cooker
and one on the side of the firebox. 

He fires it up about once a month now' and
on special occasions.
Smoke travels across and around the meat
through the unit and exits the stack above
Deer meat. My pork loin is in there some where. 
And my Spare Ribs.
He had taken some of the meat out before
I got there, so I snapped a pic. of the 
inside of the cooker so you could see 
what it looked like.

Yummy !!!!!

that is quite the cooker, not just a grill for sure.. i think i smell that smoke.. bob would be saying YUMMMM i am saying did he make me a burger?
