gathered together in My name,
there am I in the midst of them".

Saint Johns Baptist Church. I don't know much about stained glass, but I think these are real stained glass windows. I would love to see the inside, the windows. |

I love stained glass. We once looked at an old farmhouse that had the most beautiful stained glass door (unfortunately, the rest of the house was not in much of a liveable condition).
Oh my, you've outdone yourself on these. They're great. I would love to see the inside of the last one.
i love country churches best. i get tired of the huge ones with manicured lawns and several wings and buildings to get lost in... they're like small cities unto themselves...
I love small white churches with steeples!! Great photos.
You must have missed the disclaimer on my blog--the one that says I'm not responsible for any weight gain among my, well, weight gaining followers!! = )
Best,

Beautiful picture of the churches!
And I so agree!!

Beautiful post. I agree the small sometime lonesome looking are my favorite. The outside can be a fooler. Just go inside one and you can always feel His presence. In fact I feel His presence everywhere I go. I did like this post.

I really like your churches. I share your admiration for stained glass windows and some of the loveliest I've seen have been in little old run down churches. I always feel terribly disappointed when I find a church I love only to find it locked.
You found some really great churches. I'd love to have those stained glass windows too.
